A working shop, not a middleman

A lot of Etobicoke work sits between commercial and creative — studio spaces, showrooms, production facilities and waterfront events. We are comfortable in both registers, building pieces that photograph well and also hold up under real use.

What we build in Etobicoke

We build for events and activations along the Humber Bay and Lakeshore waterfront, retail at Sherway Gardens, studio and production installations in the South Etobicoke industrial areas, and corporate work around the Islington and Bloor node.

Etobicoke is roughly 30 minutes from the shop via the 400 and 401. Close enough for a pre-drawing site measure and for our own crew to handle install rather than subcontracting it.

Yes. Brience builds activations, showroom features, retail fixtures, furniture and signage for Etobicoke clients, with fabrication in our Concord shop and install by our own crew.

Yes. Outdoor builds are detailed for wind and weather using appropriate materials and finishes, with ballast or anchoring specified in the drawings.
